If your order was inadvertently shipped to the wrong address and you have confirmed that the information on your order receipt was correct, please reach out to our customer service team immediately. We will do our best to reroute your package to the correct address. If your package has been mis-scanned or goes missing in transit, and you purchased Seel protection for package loss/theft, you can start the claim process to have your order replaced and shipped to you.
