What should I do if my tracking shows my order as delivered, but I have not received it?Updated 5 months ago

If your tracking indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend the following steps:

  • Check with neighbors to see if the package was mistakenly delivered to them.
  • Contact your local post office as sometimes packages may be marked as delivered but could be delivered the following day or might have been retained by the post office due to issues like incorrect addressing or pending customs clearance.
  • If after these steps you're still unable to locate your package, you can file a claim through Route insurance, if purchased, for lost or stolen items. Please note that claims are typically eligible for coverage up to a specified date range after the last delivery scan.
