If you're looking to return or exchange an item, we've made the process straightforward for you. You can initiate your return or exchange via our Loop system. To be eligible, items must be returned unwashed, unworn, without stains, and within 30 of the delivery date. We offer FREE exchanges, $10 Flat Rate Returns or if purchased Free Returns, but please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and sale items are considered FINAL SALE. 2. Follow the step-by-step instructions on our returns page to complete your return or exchange.
3. After your return package is dropped off and scanned into the mailstream, your refund will begin to process.

Please note that while we process the refund immediately, the time required to post back to your account depends on your financial institution.
